Disclosure
A report received by the Financial Supervisory Service’s electronic disclosure system (DART). The as-of date on screen is the disclosure receipt date; it can differ from the price as-of date, so the two are never mixed. Periodic reports and event disclosures are shown separately, and when nothing has been received the screen says so.
