Article 1 Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using the Sentinel market check service (desk.glostat.io, the 'Service') provided by INDUSTRIAL MOVEMENT (the 'Operator').
Article 2 What the Service provides
The Service organizes public market data and shows market and stock check reports, charts and term explanations for free. Login, payment and KakaoTalk sending are not open yet; the KakaoTalk report is offered as a preview only.
Article 3 Notice on investment information
This service is an information tool that automatically organises and visualises public market data. It does not solicit the purchase or sale of specific financial products, give investment advice, set target prices, forecast returns, or suggest position sizes.
Investment decisions and their results are the user's own responsibility.
Article 4 Nature of the check signal and conditions
The check signal only shows how many of the items checked with the published rules differ from usual; it does not grade a stock or judge its direction. Better/worse conditions are criteria to check from here on, not a forecast that they will happen.
Article 5 Data sources and limits
Numbers come from the official KRX close, DART filings and investor-flow data, and every number shows its source and as-of date. Delays, corrections or errors in the source data may be reflected as they are, and missing or old data is marked as not verified. Please check the original filings before important decisions.
Article 6 Restrictions
- The content of this site (prices, charts, documents, tables and so on) may not be used for commercial purposes without first obtaining the necessary rights or licences.
- This site may not be used in a way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
- Stock charts are displayed with the Advanced Charts library of TradingView, Inc. under licence. The library and its constituent files may not be copied, extracted or redistributed.
Article 7 Changes to and suspension of the Service
The Operator may change or stop all or part of the Service because of data supply, maintenance or changes in law, and will announce it on screen in advance where possible.
Article 8 Limitation of liability
The Operator works to keep the free information accurate and complete but is not responsible for users' investment results based on it, except for damage caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.
Article 9 Changes to these terms
Changes are announced on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). Before opening paid features, the price, cancellation and refund conditions will be added to these terms and separate consent will be obtained.
